Workflow Overview

The Workflow module in DocView Web provides a centralized system to manage, automate, and monitor business processes.
It allows users to define workflows, create tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that approvals and actions are completed efficiently.
This module is ideal for document validation, approvals, posting, and automated notifications.

The Workflow module consists of two main components:

• Workflow Setup – Create and configure workflows.
• Workflow Task – View, track, and manage tasks generated by workflows.

Navigation

To access the Workflow module:

1. Login to DocView Web
   Open your browser and go to the DocView Web login page.
   Enter your registered email address and password to sign in.
   After successful login, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

2. Open Sidebar Menu
   Click the ☰ Sidebar Icon at the top-left corner of the Dashboard to expand the navigation panel.

3. Select “Workflow”
   From the sidebar, click on Workflow to view the workflow-related options.
   You will see two main items:

   • Workflow Setup
   • Workflow Task

Workflow Task

The Workflow Task page displays all tasks generated by workflows and allows users to monitor and manage workflow execution.

Key Actions

• View Task List – See all active and completed workflow tasks.
• Create Task – Add a new workflow activity task manually if required.
• Refresh Task List – Update the page to view the latest task statuses.
• View Workflow Diagram – Visualize the flow of tasks in a workflow.
