Archived Document
The Archived Document Module in DocView Web provides a secure and organized repository for storing and managing documents that have completed their active lifecycle. This module enables efficient long-term document retention, retrieval, and compliance management for historical records.
Navigation

To access the Archived Document module in DocView Web:
Open the Sidebar Menu
Click the Sidebar Icon (☰) on the left-hand side to expand the navigation panel.Select "Document Type"
Within the sidebar, click on Document Type to open the list of all document categories.Choose "Archived Document"
From the list, click on Archived Document. The system will load all archived document records in an organized interface.
Archived Document Overview
The Archived Document interface displays all archived records in a comprehensive table format with detailed metadata and categorization information.
Document Grid Structure
The main grid displays archived documents with the following key information:
- Description - Type of archived document
- Doc Type/Category Title - Document classification and categorization
- Category by Department - Department responsible for the archived document
- Date & Time Received - Original receipt timestamp
- Name - Company or individual name associated with the document
- Case No - Unique case reference number
- Title of Information Received - Document title or description
- Date & Time Loaded - Timestamp when document was archived
- SLA - Service Level Agreement information
- Status - Archived status and retention information
- Owner/Assigned to - Responsible team member
- Uploaded By - User who archived the document

- Long-term Storage - Secure retention of completed documents

Top Toolbar
At the top of the screen, the toolbar provides quick navigation and control tools:
- Records per Page Dropdown – Choose how many results to display (for example, 10, 25, or 50 records).
- Search Icon (🔍) – Instantly search for any archived record using keywords such as case number, document title, or company name.
- Back Arrow (⬅️) – Navigate back to the previous screen or main document type list.
- Search Panel (🔍) – Opens a dedicated panel for advanced filtering and search criteria.
These features help users efficiently navigate and retrieve documents from the archive.

Clicking the Search Panel icon (🔍) in the top toolbar reveals advanced search and filtering options for archived documents:
Search Criteria
The search panel provides comprehensive filtering options:
- Doc Type/Category Title - Filter by document type and category (Expedia, AMD, ARO)
- Category By Department - Search by responsible department
- Date & Time Received - Filter by original receipt date ranges
- Multiple Filter Conditions - Combine criteria using advanced filtering options
Order & Sorting Options
- Order By - Primary sorting field for archived records
- Order By - Secondary sorting criteria for detailed organization
- Flexible Sorting - Organize results by any available field
Session Management
- Session Tracking - Maintain search context and user sessions
- Persistent Filters - Save frequently used search configurations
Action Controls
Each archived document record includes interactive icons for document management:
- 📄 PDF View – Open and review the archived document in integrated PDF viewer
- ✏️ Edit – Modify archive metadata or retention information
- 📌 Pin – Mark important archived documents for quick access
PDF Document View
Clicking the PDF View icon opens the archived document in the integrated PDF viewer with comprehensive document management tools.
